Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received for items in stock. They are shipped using a selection of carriers tailored to each type of package (weight, volume) and destination. Packages are delivered against signature. For bulky items, a phone appointment is systematically scheduled.

Standard delivery means “delivery at the building entrance.” Please contact us for any additional services.

Some countries are currently blocked from placing orders; feel free to contact us for a suitable shipping quote.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one individually. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Shipments are made from our platform in France. Customs duties and import taxes for Morocco are always handled by us. For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes (VAT and others), processing fees, and customs duties, which vary by destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested at the time of delivery (the amount is calculated during customs clearance). In such cases, the invoice accompanies the package.
